What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is an advanced form of massage that is helpful for a wide variety of concerns.  Unlike massage, which focuses specifically on the muscular layer of tissue in the body, CranioSacral Therapy can work across all layers of tissue including fascia, fluid, nerve, and bone.  This allows the therapist to address structural problems, pain, and discomfort more thoroughly. 

Many people find CranioSacral Therapy to be an alternative to physical therapy, getting better results with fewer appointments.
